Human Figure show is on and Granville Island with all its Art Studios, Galleries and workshops is waiting for art lovers to come and enjoy and be inspired. My painting “Melissa” is there and here bellow is a photo and a short video from the gallery.

When you hear about the art competition that you would love to be a part of and you do not have a time to paint a painting could be frustrating. I see it as a great challenge that brings to the surface ways to artistically reveal my persona that would otherwise be locked in and never expressed in a new and innovative ways.
While painting for “Human Figure” Federation of Canadian Artists exhibit I felt freedom, lightness and excited feeling while quickly moving paint and ink across a canvas. Few fast strokes with a pen and ink forming details of a model’s face felt very good. All that excitement and emotions are transformed into the physicality of the materials used where they radiate its passion of creation. That creative energy could be felt in any art form. The more passionate artist is towards his art while creating more people are attracted and “hypnotized” by it.
Sooo, Art is not only what you see materially present in form of shapes, volumes, movement, light, colour, texture… If you become sensitive enough and tune in for the full presentation, you will experience artist himself with all his emotional and passionate world of creation. That is why simple line on a canvas could look the same physically but would carry the power of its creator, thus regarded, maybe, as a work of a genius.

It was a whole day of inspirational interaction between three of us (Sasha, Goran and me) traveling from Vancouver to Seattle to see Picasso Masterpieces at SAM (Seattle Art Museum). On the way to Seattle we heard radio show about most influential bass players in punk-rock music during seventies and beginning of eighties. Some of the musicians didn’t even know how to play bass when they started but their energy, passion and power of expression made them innovate and found other ways of using the instrument that inspired other artist towards evolution and progress in expressing themselves, thus improving and revolutionizing the media. They were not part of the establishment and academic nearsightedness, which gave them infinite open space to look into and play with, no borders. Academic training in most cases is necessary but sometimes leaps in evolution are made on basis of a faith and belief in extraordinary momentum. I am academically trained myself and sometimes I have a need to open my mind and heart, look into unseen world of possibilities and get out of cocoon I made for myself over the years to be able to change and develop.
Radio show information and our outlook of the idea we discussed in the car inspired me to look at the Picasso exhibit through different lens than just as great artist being presented. Sheer belief in expressing oneself with all the might and vigour brings magical forces together to produce simple line on the paper, line that could inspire and give life…Consciously or intuitively, Picasso was using his belief to move his spirit across canvases and inside sculptures that gave them life we feel today when we open our minds and hearts to his creation. For most of the people it is lines, shapes and colours they see, but content that carries ideas, passion, emotions, life itself is what we have to observe. Than all the lines, shapes and colours become storytellers narrating a tale of universal creation.
How deeply you feel connected to extraordinary momentum in the time of creation determines the power of your artistic expression, no matter in what form.
After the visit to the museum I was delighted with the feeling of freedom in my heart. Just freedom.

Hey people I finally had a couple of days of a nice long sleep. Feel refreshed and inspired.
How is our everyday life, what we think and experience? It becomes the world of our habits established when we were very young. We are not aware of that because all behaviour comes from automatic response system working its way from unconscious level of our being called main software data information system. Very old system established and maintained through our social and media interactions. That is why it’s called everyday life. What is extraordinary life? Is that something we experience and see as extraordinary, or other people have to tell us it is extraordinary. We have to decide and see it in the way we want to, believe in that idea and we will be surprised with unfolding of our life. It is called creative power. We always knew of this but automatic system embedded in our response database is giving us negative feedback every time we come across extraordinary creative ideas. Only people that perceive this response as a challenge break out of the claws of our false “destiny” and create willingly with love and “light” as passionate creators. Do not forget that passion and emotional involvement is crucial part of the project of building oneself towards greatness. If we believe in ourselves our feelings are employed as a passionate creative and inspirational energy. Greatness is not how others see us, it is a belief in our world of creative possibilities we carry in us.
If our will go the way of a dream and creative power, it is only a movement towards our true nature, who we really are. Our pure soul becomes little more open and visible to the world we interact with and that is actually goood thing! Through that kind of interaction world becomes more abundant with light, light of our blissful soul.
How you look at the painting depends on who you are, open yourself to new ideas and look for details with relaxed feeling. Art carries passion, magic, mysticism, inspiration in every stroke, detail, meaning… find those precious etheric messages every time you feel drawn to a particular art piece.

Here we are at the Vancouver’s One of a Kind Show with the unique glass art pieces and prints. It is taking place at the new Conference Centre close to Canada Place in downtown Vancouver, till Sunday Dec. 12th every day from 10am to 9pm. Check below videos and images including Silver Angel we just created couple days ago. I am at the booth c-1 writing and filming all this on the iPhone.

You could see here the effect I got through applying acrylic ink with art pen and changing the appearance of oil painting I did years ago. While holding the pen and dipping it in ink and moving it swiftly over the shinny surface of the oil paint I felt freedom of expression and gratitude that I am limitless. Some feelings are hard to put into the words and you have to connect here on a more subtle way. We all have to become more sensitive to the vibrations our thoughts and emotions are floating in. We are connected to the ocean of emotional ether that permeates all of us, offering the opportunity for the new insights and deeper meaning of life.

Everybody loves flowers and what about flowers in Venice? Nature made sure that this world is overloaded with beautiful imagery. Flowers take a big part in that “picture”.
Human mind works through pictures and it’s capable of producing images on its own. Everything created in one’s mind creates energy vibration of certain value. That vibration communicates with the world around us. If we imagine flowers or had even faint thought about them, we are bound to have experience about flowers in some form. Try that idea on your own right away: Do you remember if recently you had a thought, of any kind, about flowers? Your level of experience of flowers depends on how deep you went with creation in your mind. If you were detailed enough, sensed fragrance and texture of the petals, saw vivid colors and used all your senses coupled with the emotion, in your mind, then you will have same or similar flowers in your hands in very short period of time. If you had just faint thought about the flowers then one of the possible experiences will be seeing an image of the flowers on the website on the internet, like here.
